July 2026
- NewAdvanced website templates - your Website builder now offers complete, professionally designed sites you can make your own in minutes. First up: Minimal White (clean, airy, monochrome), Black & Gold (warm, luxe, editorial), and Romantic Blush (soft, wedding-focused). Pick one, and your real packages, gallery, reviews, FAQ and booking form flow right in - edit any heading, photo or block by clicking it. Your booking page picks up the same look, and it's all built for search engines. Your current site is untouched until you choose a new template.
- ImprovedRedesigned Website builder - the builder got a cleaner "pick a template, then edit" layout: a template card up top with a Change button, tidy sections that slide in with a back arrow, a Dark/Light toggle for the builder itself, and options that don't apply to your chosen design are tucked away so the panel stays simple.
- NewQR code for your booking link - open "Send Booking Link" and you'll see a QR code you can download and print on a table card, flyer, or sign at your events. Anyone who scans it lands right on your booking form. It's generated on your device, so it works offline and never expires.
- ImprovedCleaner calendar - the month, week, and day views got a visual refresh: roomier day cells, a status dot on every event, blocked time shown in a calm neutral grey, and a tidy "All-day & blocks" card in the day view.
- ImprovedRefreshed home dashboard - your dashboard got a cleaner, more useful layout: KPI cards with quick "Send Booking Link" and "New Booking" buttons up top, a richer Needs Attention list with one-tap actions, a Revenue chart with a Collected/Booked toggle, Up Next, and a new "Today at a Glance" so you can see what to tackle at a glance.
- NewClients can book more than one package - flip on "Let clients pick more than one package" in Settings › Packages & Add-ons and your booking form gets an "Add another package" button after their first pick (photo booth + 360 booth in one request, anyone?). Each package is priced and listed separately through the estimate, the booking, the client portal, emails and contracts - and you can add or remove packages on any booking from the pricing editor too. Off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.
- Improved"Other" event types you can actually track - when a client picks "Other" on your booking form, a box appears asking what kind of event it is, and their answer becomes the booking's real event type (Communion, Christening, Gender Reveal...). Your reports then count each one as its own category instead of a pile of "Other" - great for spotting what to market next.
- ImprovedProper address boxes on your booking form - Event Address is now street, city, state and ZIP instead of one catch-all box, so clients stop leaving half the address out. Complete addresses flow through to your contracts, travel-fee estimates read the ZIP directly, and contract templates get new merge tags for street, city, state and ZIP.
- NewCard payments with Stripe - connect your own Stripe account in Settings › Payment Methods and your invoices and client portal get a "Pay by card" option. Payments confirm automatically (the invoice marks itself paid and you get a notification), money settles straight to your bank, and Photo Booth CRM never takes a cut of your bookings - you pay only Stripe's standard processing fee.
- NewWhat's New page - feature announcements now live right inside the app, so you can see what's changed without leaving your dashboard.
- NewPackage categories - offer more than one service? Group your packages by category (Photo Booth, 360 Booth, Testimonial Booth, you name it) in Settings › Packages & Add-ons. Your booking form then shows category tabs so clients pick a service first and only see what fits - and you can tag add-ons and customer choices to a category too, so a 360 booking never asks about backdrops. No categories? Nothing changes.
- NewFile upload questions on your booking form - add a "File upload" question and clients can attach a file right on your booking form: an invitation to match, a logo for their overlay, an inspiration photo. Accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF or PDF up to 10MB, and the file lands on the booking so you can open it from the booking's form answers. Files are private to your account.
- ImprovedFaster-feeling load - the app now paints its layout right away and fills each page in with a light shimmer placeholder while your data loads, instead of holding on a single spinner. Opening the app feels quicker, especially on slower connections.
- NewEdit a contract before you send it - when you generate a contract from a template, it now opens in a full editor so you can tweak it for that one client (delete a line, add a note) without changing your saved template. If any fields are blank on that booking, you get a heads-up before it's created.
- NewShow booking answers in event details - each custom booking question now has a "Show in event details" option. Turn it on and that answer appears right alongside date, time and venue on the invoice and the client's booking page, not just in the answers list. Great for things like a separate booth start/end time.
- ImprovedCleaner merge fields - if a booking is missing a value, that merge tag now just leaves a blank instead of printing a bracketed placeholder, so contracts and messages read cleanly even when a field isn't filled in.
- NewPut your booking questions on contracts - your own custom booking questions are now merge tags too. In the contract editor you'll see a "Your booking questions" row; click any question to drop the client's answer into the contract, and it fills in per booking when you send it. Time questions show in 12-hour format, and you can wrap them so they only appear when answered.
- NewPlain Dark appearance - a dark version of the clean Plain look. Your appearance choices are now grouped so they're easy to tell apart: Colorful Light and Colorful Dark (the vibrant look), Plain Light and Plain Dark (the clean look), plus Warm. Switch any time from your account menu.
- NewSnooze Needs Attention items - messaged a new lead and don't want it staring at you? Hit the clock on any Needs Attention item to tuck it away for tomorrow, 3 days, a week, or a date you pick. It comes back on its own when the time's up. A "Snoozed" list under Settings › Notifications lets you see what's hidden and bring anything back early.
- NewNotification count on your browser tab - your unread count now shows right on the tab (both the title and a badge on the little tab icon), and on your app icon if you have installed the app, so you can see when something needs you without opening it.
- ImprovedClearer notifications - each notification now shows an icon for what it is (new booking, contract signed, proposal, payment, and more), so you can scan the bell at a glance.
- ImprovedRefreshed the Plain appearance - the classic-admin look got a clean redesign: crisp white cards, a single calm accent color, and easier-to-read headings. Pick it any time from the theme switch in your account menu.
- ImprovedMobile home screen redesign - what needs you comes first. Needs Attention, Up Next and your money numbers now sit at the top, the big launcher grid became a slim shortcuts row, quick actions sit two per row, and month analysis moved to Reports. Everything that matters fits in about one screen.
- ImprovedBooking form photos - package, add-on and customer-choice photos now show the whole image instead of cropping it to fit, and visitors can tap any photo to see it full size with a Select button right in the enlarged view.
June 2026
- NewAdvanced website templates - your website builder now separates the look into two choices. Basic templates set your colors and fonts; advanced templates change the whole page layout. Five layouts to start: Split (top navigation bar, two-column hero, side-by-side packages comparison table), Spotlight (a full-bleed photo hero with your name over it), Editorial (a centered magazine style with a photo strip), Landing (a long-form sales page with a bold hero, a trust bar, pricing columns and a sticky Book button), and Sidebar (a fixed side panel with your logo, menu and contact buttons while your content scrolls alongside). Mix any layout with any color template, and they all use your brand color. Pick Standard anytime to go back to the classic single-column page.
- NewWebsite Builder - a new Launch Website Builder button on the Website settings page opens a full-screen builder. Pick a basic template, an advanced layout or your colors and watch your real website update live in the preview, then Save to publish.
- ImprovedReorder your gallery photos - each photo in your website gallery now has arrows to move it earlier or later, and the first photo is marked as your Cover (the Spotlight template uses it as the full-screen background).
- ImprovedSee exactly what was sent - the Email/SMS Log now has a Preview button on emails, so you can open the full message that actually went out to your client and check it any time.
- NewPreview before sending - prefer to eyeball an email before it goes out? Turn on "Preview before sending" under Settings › Notifications, and the emails you send (payment receipts, invoices, proposals, booking links) pop up a preview of the exact message first, so you can review and confirm before it sends.
- ImprovedInvoice due dates stay in sync - when you change an invoice's due date, the payment schedule shown on that invoice now updates to match, so your clients never see two different due dates.
- NewEmail/SMS Log - a new page under Settings shows every email and text we sent for you, newest first, with the date, recipient and subject. Each one also drops a note on the booking it relates to, so you have a record right where you need it.
- ImprovedMobile back button - a back arrow now sits at the top-left on phones, so you can step back through the app without reaching for your browser's back button.
- ImprovedMobile home shortcuts - on a phone, your home screen now has quick tiles to every area (Bookings, Calendar, Clients, Proposals, Contracts, Money, Reports, Settings), with live badges for new leads and money due. Everything is one tap away.
- NewPost-event thank-you - opt in under Notifications and the day after each event your client gets a warm thank-you, with a link to their photo gallery (if you have added one) and a button to leave you a review. Add your review link on the same page. Off by default.
- NewEvent reminders - opt in under Notifications and your clients get a friendly "your event is almost here" email 3 days and 1 day before, with the date, time, venue and what is booked. Off by default.
- NewAutomatic payment reminders - opt in under Notifications and we will gently remind clients about an unpaid deposit or balance: 7 and 3 days before it is due, the day it is due, and once more if it goes past due. It only ever sends when money is actually owed, never repeats, and stops the moment they pay. Off by default.
- NewEmail invoices in one click - the Email button on an invoice now sends it to your client for you, branded as your business, with the total, balance due, due date and a button to pay. Prefer your own email app? Turn it off under Notifications › Automatic emails.
- NewInstant request replies - the moment someone submits your booking form, they get an automatic email letting them know you received it and will be in touch, branded as your business. No more leaving new leads wondering. Turn it off under Notifications › Automatic emails.
- NewPayment receipts - when you record a payment, your client automatically gets an emailed receipt showing the amount and any balance left, branded as your business. Turn it off under Notifications › Automatic emails if you would rather not.
- NewSigned-contract confirmations - the moment a client signs, they get an emailed receipt confirming it's done with a link to their copy, and you get a heads-up email too. No more wondering whether it went through.
- NewContracts send themselves - when you send a contract, your client now gets an email with a link to review and sign it on their booking page, branded as your business. Turn it off under Notifications › Automatic emails if you would rather send it yourself.
- NewProposals send themselves - when you hit Send on a proposal, your client now gets it by email automatically, branded with your business name and logo. Replies go straight to you, and you still get the shareable link as a backup. Prefer to send it yourself? Turn it off under Notifications › Automatic emails.
- NewPriced question choices - booking-form questions can now charge for an answer. Add a price to any multiple-choice option (e.g. "4x6 prints = 50"), or use the new checkbox question type to let customers pick several priced add-on style options. The selected prices flow straight into the customer's estimate and the booking total automatically.
- NewBalance Due stage - the booking lifecycle now has a Balance Due step between Booked and Event day. When a booking still has money owed and the event is within your "final balance due" window (set in Settings › Pricing), it moves to Balance Due so it's easy to see what still needs collecting.
- ImprovedAuto-advance to Booked - once a recorded payment covers the deposit, the booking moves itself to the Booked stage. The "Record a payment" button on the booking now jumps straight to the quick add-payment box.
- ImprovedPay deposit or full balance - when a booking has a payment plan, your client can choose to pay just the next installment (deposit) or the whole balance right from their portal, and the amount is filled in automatically when they open their payment app.
- NewAdd to calendar - add any booking to your own calendar in one click. The Add to Calendar button on a booking downloads an event file that opens in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, with the date, time, location and client details already filled in.
- NewContracts & e-signatures - build reusable contract templates with merge fields, generate a contract from any booking, and have your client review and sign it right on their booking page. Signed contracts capture the signature, date, IP and device, lock so they can't be altered, and download as a branded PDF with your logo and a signed seal.
- ImprovedBooking page redesigned - the individual booking now opens with a satellite view of the venue, event details grouped into When, Where and Contact, and a visual stage tracker you can click to move a booking along. Pricing, payment plans, payments and invoices are managed right from the booking, with fewer tabs to dig through.
- NewSend booking link - email or text your public booking form straight to a prospect from the dashboard, with a branded, ready-to-go message.
- ImprovedBookings, reworked - the Bookings area now has its own List, Pipeline, Completed and Archived views, one Filter for status, event type and tags, sorting, and a richer list showing date, time and setup arrival. Any event within 7 days is highlighted, and you can archive a booking to tuck it away.
- ImprovedHome command center - the home screen now leads with what matters: new leads, deposits and balances due, money collected this month and what's coming up, each clickable straight to the bookings behind it.
- ImprovedEmail replies - when we reply to your support ticket or feature request, you now get an email so you don't miss it.
- NewCustom domain - connect your own web address (like yourbusiness.com) to your booth website. Enter your domain, add two DNS records, and the secure padlock (HTTPS) is set up for you automatically. Don't have a domain yet? The help center shows you where to get one.
- NewSearch engine optimization (SEO) - control how your site appears on Google and in shared link previews. Set your title, description, share image and search words, or let smart defaults fill them in. Includes a live "how it looks on Google" preview and automatic local-business details to help you turn up in nearby searches.
- NewProposals - send a branded, itemized proposal your client can accept online. Accepting turns it into a confirmed booking and takes them straight to their portal to pay the deposit.
- NewWebsite templates - pick from 12 ready-made looks for your booking website (Elegant, Bold, Minimal, Luxe, Boho, Playful, Neon, Art Deco, Coastal, Retro, Editorial and Classic), each with coordinated fonts and colors. Your brand colors still override the template, and the look now carries through to your booking form and client portal too.
- NewPhone notifications - install the app to your home screen and get push notifications on your phone or desktop for new bookings, messages and more, with on/off controls per event.
- NewGoogle Analytics - connect your own free Google Analytics 4 to your public booth website to see who visits and where they come from.
- NewAdd-on photos - add a picture to any add-on (like a photo guest book) so it shows on your website and booking form.
- NewEvent Mode - a focused, full-screen view for running an event on site. It shows just what your attendant needs: the client's name with one-tap call, text and copy-number buttons, the venue with one-tap directions, the setup, start and end schedule, quick message buttons, and a Mark Complete action. You choose which blocks appear.
- NewTime tracking - log the actual setup, start and end times for each event right from Event Mode, then see on-site duration across every event in the new Time report.
- NewConsumables cost tracking - define the supplies you use up, such as prints, ink and paper, with a pack cost and how many you get per pack. Log usage per event and the new Consumables report calculates your cost per print and totals.
- NewQuick message buttons - set up to six one-tap messages for on-site use, color-coded by text or email.
- ImprovedMobile navigation - Settings and Reports now open as a clean, color-coded tile picker on phones instead of a cramped scrolling bar.
- ImprovedBooking form - you can now hide the discount-code field on your public booking form when you don't want to show it.
May 2026
